Walter Grabner CXZ K11* Bb Clarinet Mouthpiece

Walter Grabner's CXZ K11* Bb Clarinet Mouthpiece is an enhanced version of the extremely popular CXZ K11. With a closer tip opening than the K11 and featuring an enhanced facing curve, the K11* has a higher level of clarity and focus. With the overall tone drawn from early mouthpieces created by Chicago area craftsmen- a dark, warm ringing core tone with maximum precision; the K11* speaks with authority and will not leave you struggling to be heard but also allows you the freedom to play with delicacy.
Optimised for Vandoren V12 3½ - 4 strength reeds whilst also being Légère compatible, allowing the selection of reeds to be less difficult and allow maximum precision. Tuned to 440Hz and designed to play with a 66mm barrel at this pitch, the K11* can also play at 442Hz with a 65mm barrel. Finished with an enhanced lower baffle and additional hand reaming and interior polishing, this professional mouthpiece has been expertly crafted for the experienced clarinettist.
